Orders arrived by phone and form, got copied into a shared spreadsheet, then pushed to drivers over WhatsApp. Nobody could answer 'where is this order right now' without three messages. Every new city multiplied the chaos instead of the revenue.

We modelled the actual dispatch loop first — order intake, assignment, pickup, handover, proof of delivery — and built the interface around the dispatcher's real decision points rather than a generic CRUD admin. Live driver positions stream over WebSockets, so the board is never stale.

One screen now answers every operational question, drivers get their runs on a phone instead of a group chat, and adding a city is a configuration change rather than a new spreadsheet.
