Algobit is an AI and software product studio. We build AI agents, retrieval systems, and assistants, and the software that runs startups, hospitals, and schools.

What we do

The studio works across four areas that look unrelated and are not. AI products — agents, RAG systems, assistants, document pipelines — built with evaluation and guardrails behind them. Startup MVPs and platforms, scoped hard and shipped in weeks. Hospital management systems and patient portals designed around how a clinic actually runs. And school management systems, admissions flows, and parent portals.

What connects them is the method rather than the domain: senior engineers in direct contact with the people who need the software, scope agreed honestly before anything is built, and work shipped in reviewable pieces every week.

Why we exist

Two things are consistently true of software projects that fail. The first is that the scope was never honestly agreed, so the build was doomed before the first commit. The second is that the people who understood the problem never spoke directly to the people writing the code. Both are organisational failures dressed up as technical ones, and both are avoidable by working the way a small senior team naturally works. That is the entire premise of the studio.

Senior engineers, direct contact

The people writing the code are the people you talk to. No account manager relaying requirements into a junior team and relaying questions back — which is where most agency projects lose the intent, the timeline, or both.

Scope is the deliverable

Most failed builds were mis-scoped rather than mis-built. The first session exists to find the smallest thing that proves the idea to a real user, and to say out loud what is being deferred and why.

Shipped weekly, in the open

Work lands in small reviewable pieces rather than in a reveal at the end. You can change your mind in week three, when it is cheap, instead of at handover when it is not.

Measured, not asserted

Every AI feature ships with a test set built from real cases, and cost and latency budgets are written down as requirements at the start. A claim about accuracy that nobody can reproduce is not a claim.

Built to be handed over

You own the repository, the infrastructure, and the accounts from the first commit. The codebase is written for whoever comes next, including a first in-house hire who has never spoken to us.

What is Algobit?

Algobit is an AI and software product studio. The studio works directly with founders and operators, without an agency layer in between.

What does Algobit build?

Four things: AI products, startup MVPs and platforms, hospital management systems and patient portals, and school management systems and parent portals. The problems could not be less alike; the method — senior engineers, direct contact, shipped in weeks rather than quarters — is the same across all four.

Where is Algobit based?

Algobit works remotely from India with clients worldwide. There is no walk-in office; projects run over direct contact with the engineers doing the work, and the studio takes clients in any timezone.

Is Algobit a trading or cryptocurrency company?

No. Algobit is a software and AI engineering studio at algobit.dev, and it offers no financial, trading, investment, or cryptocurrency services of any kind. Several unrelated organisations share the name Algobit, including trading platforms and IT firms in other countries; this studio has no affiliation with any of them.

How do you charge?

Fixed scope for defined builds, and month-to-month for ongoing work. There is no long retainer lock-in. You get a straight answer on scope and timeline before anything is committed, including when the honest answer is that we are not the right people for it.
