Systems in production

AI · Logistics · Healthcare · Education

Four systems across AI and the sectors we know best. Client names are withheld under NDA, and where work predates Algobit it says so — the systems, and the thinking behind them, are shown in full.

Atlas

AI Support Agent & Knowledge Platform

A support team answering the same questions hundreds of times a week, and a chatbot that answered confidently but wrongly. We replaced it with a retrieval agent that cites its sources and knows when to stop.

Pilot

Dispatch & Operations Platform

A last-mile delivery startup running dispatch on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. We replaced the whole loop with one operations platform and a driver app.

03 / Healthcare↗

Meridian

Hospital Management System

A multi-specialty hospital running OPD, records, and billing across three disconnected systems. We consolidated them and gave patients a portal that actually works on a phone.

Cohort

School Management & Parent Portal

A multi-campus private school running admissions on paper and fees on spreadsheets. We built the system staff run the school on — and the app parents actually open.
