Meridian
Hospital Management System
Reception booked in one system, doctors wrote notes in another, and billing reconciled from printouts at the end of the day. Patients called the front desk for everything — appointment times, report readiness, outstanding balances — because there was nowhere else to look.
We built around the patient record as the single spine, then layered the department workflows on top of it: scheduling for reception, a fast chart for consulting rooms, and billing that reads the same encounter data instead of re-keying it. Access is role-scoped down to the field level.
One encounter, entered once, visible correctly to reception, the consulting room, and billing. Patients book, see reports, and pay without calling the desk.
