Hospitals
Patient portals · Appointments · HMS · Records
Patient portals, appointment flows, and management systems designed around how a clinic actually runs — not around a template that assumes everyone works the same way.
The workflow is the specification
Every clinic has a real sequence — registration, triage, consultation, investigation, billing, follow-up — and it is never quite the sequence the off-the-shelf system assumes. Software that fights the existing workflow gets worked around within a fortnight, and the workaround becomes the real system. We map the sequence first and build the interface around the decision points staff actually face.
Front desk speed is the whole product
A registration screen that takes forty seconds instead of fifteen costs hours a day across a busy OPD, and it is the single thing that determines whether staff adopt a system or resent it. Keyboard-first flows, sensible defaults, and no mandatory field that nobody has an answer to at the counter.
Portals patients will actually open
Appointment booking, reports, and prescriptions in a place a patient can reach on a phone without an app install or a password reset loop. The measure of a patient portal is the proportion of calls it removes from the front desk, and most fail that test because they were built as a compliance box rather than as a product.
Records handled carefully
Patient data gets role-based access, a full audit trail, encryption in transit and at rest, and retention rules agreed in writing rather than assumed. Anything irreversible is confirmed by a person. Where AI touches clinical content it is retrieval-grounded, cited, and advisory — never an unsupervised path to a record.

Straight
answers.
Can you integrate with our existing hospital system?
Usually, yes — through whatever it exposes, whether that is an API, an HL7 or FHIR interface, or a database view. Where a system exposes nothing, the honest answer is that integration means a scheduled export, and we will say so before the estimate rather than after it.
How is patient data protected?
Role-based access, full audit trails, encryption in transit and at rest, and written retention rules. Access scope is agreed per role during design rather than left to a default, and anything irreversible requires human confirmation.
Do you build for small clinics as well as hospitals?
Yes. A single-doctor clinic and a multi-department hospital need the same care taken over the front-desk flow; they differ in how much of the system is worth building. Scope follows the size of the operation.
